...but it's now natively supported by IE 4.0!  Just make sure you're 
using the minimum specs:

A personal computer with a minimum 80486 microprocessor running 
Microsoft Windows® 95 or Windows NT® 4.0 Beta 2
12 MB of RAM
10 MB of free disk space on your hard drive
