XP ... I copied everything over to my C drive & had the same problem. Then I 
renamed all of the rt support files out of the way and things fired up ok. Of 
course, vfp9 dev environ is registered correctly on my dev machine.  This app 
makes heavy use of the image control if that matters.

Are you running Windows 7? A recent thread pointed out a problem with
running VFP exes from network shares on VFP 7...
