rice paddies.

Anyone ever wonder why we haven't "won" a war since WWII?
     Korea
     Vietnam
     Gulf 1
     Iraq (aka Gulf 2)
     Afghanistan
     now Libya
Is "winning" no longer desirable? Seems like we just step right over 
that "win" thing and move right into "reconstruction" ...which is also 
unprecedented and almost as stupid as skipping over winning.
