Is it possible that people are emailing you directly, bypassing the list? Are you getting the full ProFox footer in each email? The reason I ask is that people occasionally reply direct to me. Since I have a rule that plops it into a folder based on the email address it appears to be in the ProFox list, but in reality it is not from the list at all. Still, I get confused from time to time.
