No, I can't reproduce it, nor do I want to -- it happened on the
Production database! I tried to reproduce it in the development
database (which is copied from the Production one every once in a
while when we test something new.

I doubt that anyone else had hands in there. Most of them are "users"
with a few technical users smart enough not to mess with the
Production system.
