It's really too soon to judge President Obama on your criteria. We will not know for some time how successful President Obama was in averting an economic disaster, or at what cost. I personally think the measures taken were very cost-benefit effective, and probably the best money America has ever spent.
The measures taken by president Obama to prevent an American bankruptcy had consequences, which were well know going in and were carefully weighed against the possibility of a long, drawn out, super sever depression. Many of the concerns you mentioned have been building for decades, which makes it's difficult to place blame on a particular person, political party, religion, gender, sexual orientation, etc, but feel free to use the current economic problems, such as they are, to attack whoever you want.
