Interesting from a technical (NF) point of view, maybe. This guy obviously thinks he knows what he's talking about (I was like that once, too), but doesn't know yet to know to look for the simplest explanation, like perhaps the different layers were the result of OCR passes, etc. I really can't believe the White House would leave any evidence of fakery on purpose. "Clearly a fake?" like he says? No way. Interesting for conspiracy theorists to follow up on? Definitely - there could be something there and if the smoking gun is found, America would like to know.
