There is also an Icon propery on forms. Depending on how you use them (showWindow property) you may also need to define the icon there. I see a windows flag when the program is running. If I click on windows flag I see my icon and can attach to task bar. When I stop the program I see my icon tied to the task bar and can start the program from there.
