The icon is 48x48, is that my problem? Jerry -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Lou Syracuse Sent: Thursday, May 05, 2011 1:09 PM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: ICON in taskbar
There is also an Icon propery on forms. Depending on how you use them (showWindow property) you may also need to define the icon there. Are you sure the icon has the proper formats? 16x16 and 32x32 are the standards, I believe -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Jerry Foote Sent: Thursday, May 05, 2011 11:03 AM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: ICON in taskbar I tried defining in project under Project Info and I see it in front of .exe but not in task bar. I see a windows flag when the program is running. If I click on windows flag I see my icon and can attach to task bar. When I stop the program I see my icon tied to the task bar and can start the program from there. Have you got an icon attached to your exe? If you have, then it's possible the icon does not have the correct dimensions. Frank.
