I've just moved a project that traditionally used Installshield onto
InnoSetup (my first exposure to it) and armed with it, the free InnoIDE
GUI wrapper and the list of VFP9 runtimes on fox.wikis.com it has been
really easy. And this project has a whole stack of third-party stuff to
be installed too. I'd say a solid day would get you up and running with
it.

I hate InstallShield, always have.
