Not a M$ based blog-author or so from what I found so far.  That aside
the article goes into a good amount of depth on what is available
today and how the two companies face the "support" in different
manners.  This guy really pushes how the current social medium can be
tapped, or so I thought, and how close are you to tapping it or
putting a wall up against it.

BTW we are a customer support system as well.  ;->
