Hi Everybody, A "voluntarily homeless" guy lucked out at the shelter. He got a fresh change of donated clothes, a shower, shave, haircut and a bus pass.
He decided to go to the seashore and presently he was leaning up against a piling on a dock where a good-sized motor yacht was tied. The owner, an older guy who probably had his life savings in the boat, was polishing the deck. Finally the homeless guy said "Yep, they've mutated." The yacht owner asked "What have mutated?"
