Yes, I did. Actually, I had read it before, and several others on the same topic. Sorry if I sounded like I was bypassing it; what I was trying to do was expand on the problem that caused the request for a non-religious "chaplain" in the first place. Maybe if the military had real counselors, like a high school, that wouldn't be necessary. But tradition has given us a system where counseling is assumed to be religious in nature, and provided by "chaplains", and thus only marginally available to those with no religion.
