Not sure what the problem is, but here's a good thing to try, if you
haven't already:
Turn off the printer. Power off the router. Wait 10 seconds.
Power on the router. Power on the printer.
Look at network devices on the wireless PC's.
If not OK, reboot and recheck.

Protocol is RAW
Port number is 9100
One the hardwired PC (Vista), printer is not listed under the Port tab.
