This is the first time I've experienced anything like this.  I think it's Win 7 
+ Microsoft Security essentials,   We never had issues with an XP-only office

Any time I read that the problem is Anti Virus I tend to chuckle a
tiny bit.  To tell a semi smart potential customer that your program
needs to have the AV tweaked because it thinks that it is a virus.
Don't you think that they might question the whole solution?

It is not like this has just come out.  This issue has been on this
list for better than twelve years.
