This is how I do it. Mainly because icase did not exist but also because
it's easier to add cases to a do case than icase.
I did try iif's once and that got messy

RGB only takes 3 arguments, not 4.

And as a note, it's usually easier to put the code in a method and put the
method call in the DynamicBackColor property.  Your method should return the
RGB value.
