Take me seriously? You did respond . . . I too thought her business was
recession-proof. It HAS been recession-proof until this recession.
But, the previous recessions were shorter than this one. In the last few
recessions people would buy a car, lose their job, lose the car and then
get another job and get another car. Then another recession would come
along and the cycle would repeat.
This time, however, the "get another job and get another car" part
didn't happen for a lot of people. They are still walking, taking the
bus - living in their mother's basement or homeless from the first
recession. Thus there are fewer cars in default.
Please find the post where I "blamed Obama for the state of the economy
BEFORE he took office." I do blame him for not recovering it in his two
years when he had both houses of congress to back him whatever he did.
Believe my story? What, my sister didn't register? Her business isn't
decimated? She doesn't blame Obama? She isn't going to vote against him?
I can't imagine you NOT believing any of this.
