Hmmm... I checked the headers of the email, and saw this for the
subject:
Subject: =?windows-1252?Q?=5BOT=5D_Paradise=85_for_some?=
That would explain why the OT filter didn't catch it, since that
filters on the full word "OT". But what's confusing is why it was MIME-encoded
using Windows-1252, when it was sent using Mail.app on OS X, and the mail
server is Postfix running on Ubuntu Linux. I'll have to look into this more.
