You really need to read the job descriptions, as everyone defines them
differently.
At MS, in the 90s, one was a title that all of your sales people had,
the other was the boss. I never could keep them straight.
One job description that I saw recently (and have seen many
times before) was for a position titled "Office Manager". The work
was that of a receptionist/secretary.
