So, proftpd-1.3.5 stable is out.  Much later than I'd hoped; I can only 
say that the day job has been eating up a lot of my free time these past 
few months.

That said, I've converted the 1.3.5 CVS repo into a Git repo, and imported 
it into GitHub:

  https://github.com/proftpd/proftpd/

That repo will serve as the master for the 1.3.6 (and subsequent) release 
cycles.
