announce that the fourth release candidate for ProFTPD 1.3.8 is now
available for public consumption.

The 1.3.8rc4 release includes a number of issues and features, including:

  + Support for OpenSSL 3.x.
  + Use SFTPClientMatch for tuning more SSH algorithms per client type
