Hi..anyone with ati.2 drivers for progeny?

Hi.,
  Anyone installed this ati.2 drivers ?.. I have
installed the xfree86 4.1.0 with kernel 2.4.9..

What is this ati.2 driver..is this different from ati
driver that shipped with xf4.1?

Please consider me novice..
