Boot with the Progeny CD (linux noinitrd root=/dev/hda5) (replace hda5
by your boot partition), then run update-grub

I did it, but i can't see my grub menu at startup. Then i use
'dpkg-reconfigure grub' , but it's the same, nothing happend.
Any idea?
