That's in fact quite easy. Do a 'su', go to /etc/gdm/Sessions Open your favorite editor so for example vi and do vi Blackbox
it will open the editor and will save it as Blackbox. In this textfile simply give the path to your windowmanager. In this case Blackbox: /usr/bin/blackbox Save the file. Then do a 'chmod a+x Blackbox' Now if you log out and log in again you will find Blackbox as one of the options to directly startup. Have fun. > I want to use Blackbox alone as my default Window Manager. How can I add it to the >GDM sessions choice? _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
