gak perlu looping kok. cukup begini:
RichTextBox1.LoadFile "C:\SAE\File.txt"
Text1.Text = RichTextBox1.Text
tapi lebih bagus kalo view di form nya menggunakan
richtext saja gak usah ke textbox

bila agar tampilan/view-nya bagus per kolom,
perlu penambahan logika dikit...

saya tidak tau cara memanggil file TXT ke dalam Form nya....
apakah sintaknya seperti ini

tapi file nya tidak muncul juga di tampilan form tuh..

kalo mau ditampilin ke textbox kan bisa
dibikin
Text1.text = RichTextBox1.text
richtextbox nya di hidden.
tapi untuk html / doc format bold, font size,
underline dll nya gak bisa tampil kalo ditaruh di textbox.
