I'm 21M WI. I'm visually impaired.
I'm looking to edit commercials from TV show that I record on my
pinnacle PCTV. By default after the TV show is record it plays in
Windows Media Player. I can also play it in the pinnacle PCTV. When I
right click the file then go to properties the file type says movie
clip. The size of the TV show is 2.63GB for a 1 hour show. The capture
type is DVD. I have tried to use windows movie maker to edit the TV
show but it says.

The file "C \Documents and Settings\Robert Boldt/My Documents\Captured
Files\Videos\T-L-ER.mpg" could not be found. Verify that the file has
not been deleted, renamed, or moved, and then try again.
Someone said Nero 6 would edit TV commercials? I do not care if I have
to buy it or if I can download it for free I just want a software
program that will do it. Please help anyone? Thank you from Steven.
