 import free table.dbf dari foxpro ada dua alternatif 
pertama import ke access dulu atau kalau dari VB Buat aja di Data
environment di connection properties nya click kanan  pilih 
data source name yang mau diambil

Dbase (DBF) gampang kok, bukan nya ada fasilitas 
import ke access, kalo mo manual buka aja di Excel file DBF nya trus copy dech, 
sebelum nya buat dulu table yg field nya sesuai, tinggal paste
