Dear all, Misalnya saya membuat suatu sistem IT untuk document workflow. Untuk menunjukkan ke pihak managemen berapa business enabler saya dan benefit dari sistem yang saya buat itu gimana ya cara ngitungnya ..? Misalnya asumsi exixting sistem manual yg ada adalah : 1. penggunaan kertas untuk approval ke beberapa departmen. 2. waktu penggunaan si kurir yang dianggap cost, mengurangi produktivitas dan mengurangi waktu approval 3. terkadang pencarian dokumennya yang susah dan kadang2 hilang. 4. Response thd customer menjadi lemah 5. opportunity melakukan aktivitas yg produktif menjadi berkurang 6. dan lain-lain Tolong donk gimana kalkulasi secara ekonomis tekniknya seperti yang biasa dipaparkan oleh konsultan managemen..??
