Coba deh di Menu Setup --> Primary Domain trus di situ kan ada yg buat ngarahin SMTP, nah click aja di radio button -- Send every.. trus di kotak isian diketik smtp domain asli bukan palsu misal kita hosting dengan nama domain aa.com trus dikasih smtp servernya kan misal mail.aa.com nah isian ntu smtp server valid soalnya aku dulu juga pernah email-ku bounce-back semua kalo diheader itu SMTPnya pakai IP lokal alias IP palsu lokal, tapi ketika kirim via webmail jalan.
Mungkin coba dulu siapa tahu kasusnya sama.
