Pricing is like rent method. It is about 3 million rupiahs per month per school (USD 300) for 3-5 years contract, renewable. Amount of targetted market of schools is about 100 school per district, so i estimate we can treat and serve 50-100 on the first year.
Suppose we get 50 schools and paying some marketing personnel, the yield will remain 50-75% of price. Let assume we sign 3 years contract and 50% of price is remained for us, then 50 x $150 = $7500/month, for 3 years (36 month). It means, we can reach 36 x $7500 = $270,000 in three years. Converting to Rupiah (IDR), $270,000 = Rp 2.700.000.000,00 Hmm.. Great? :) Suppose: 5% for the creator of idea (features, function, etc) - defining user's need 5% for project leader 5% for system analyst 80% for contributor of scripts (programmer), let 20 programmers works (each 4%) 5% for charity 4% is about $300/month Hmm.. Virtual but Real.. :-) Any idea how to manage the team? How about Open a contest on 20 modules? 1 module is equivalent with 4%. More module, more sharing :) The awarded script of modules would be choosen by polling on this community?
