  first i say thanks to response.
That i was tried but the problem is while browse GAC i can able to see the multiple version in the dialog box but "Open" button is disable. what i have to do?

1. To refer assembly in win app: go to reference section in your project, add new reference.......
    if you already register your assembly in GAC, you will see your ref in .Net section......
    Choose that assembly that you want to use......
2. Same as above answer, choose which one you want to use.

Hi,

I am having Shared Assembly in GAC .How to refer the Assembly in windows application which is in GAC ?

And I have two versions of Shared Assembly. How can i refer the first version of Assembly ? Similarly if i want to refer the second version of Assembly what i have to do ?

Please let me know the answers for the above questions.
I am soooo confuse plz help me.
