[Programmer-VB] How to add Picture into Database

Hi everyone
Dear Friend's
I have one problem that is
I want to store Picture(Photo) into Data base so how can i store it in to data base
and if it is possible that it is converted into Binary format into data base so it take less amount of size and when we want to retrive that Picture so it can convert it in to original picture (Photo)
 
So i hope that some one help me to solve this picture problem as early as possible and i am waitting for possitive reply.
 
 
if it is possible so send me codding for this proble ok.
