Wah, masalahnya disini gak bisa reinstall windows. Kalo bisa reinstall
windows sih, udah gw reinstall dari dulu...
Udah dicoba reinstall VB, hasilnya tetep error juga ... hiks, hiks ...

gw pernah ngalamin juga kejadian kaya gini, pengalamannya terjadi
setelah melakukan windows update. mungkin componentnya ada yg bentrok.
solusinya ya install VB. ga bisa juga, install windows. :)
