kelihatannya mau buka data dari access ya? ISAM itu biasanya kalau mau ambil data dari desktop database atau office file seperti ambil data dari excel. Instalasi ODBC nya yang gak bener. Solusi paling gampang install ulang dari windows (Clean Install) pasti beres. Tapi kalau gak mau install ulang windowsnya coba search di msdn.microsoft.com tentang error itu dan how to fixed that.
