I think that when CodeMirror is the ijs editor that it handles the scrolling of the script. J does not need to manage the scrolling. When editing a script that requires scrolling two sets of scroll bars appear. Sometimes the J scroll bars are active but usually they are dimmed. When the script fits without scrolling the double set of scroll bars still appear sometimes.
