The short answer is yes, the jdoajax can send any data it wants. The details depend a bit on whether you are trying to do this on the jijx page, or on a new custom grid page.
In the page form define a hidden textarea. Then put your JSON serialized data in the textarea and jdoajax with that text area included. I am very pressed for time right now, but would like to see you get this working, so don't hesitate to ask for more info.
