Hi Following is the code for drawing a graph. It shows as I expected. Yet, the saved pdf file is missing several elements. The penstyle is gone and all the red plots are gone. After a couple of experimentation, it seems like penstyle other than 0 is error-prone in pdf. The plots are gone when the penstyle is other than 0.
