Could post the exact message you are getting? Hard to investigate if it doesn't happen on my end. Also if you have antivirus they could also come into play. I know Norton sometimes gives me head-aches with binaries that not too many people have run. Saying something like that less than 5 people have run this binary :-) . Seems like every time you run an exe for first time, Norton reports to some central place or something.
