For {{attachment:NorikabeBoard9.jpg||align="left"}} to work you will
need to attach a file named NorikabeBoard9.jpg to that wiki page.
If you have done that and it's still not working, perhaps you can
point us at the page in question so we can see for ourselves what the
situation is?
