Please provide a few more details. Are you running JHS on localhost? Or are you access a remote JHS server?
If you have a jijx or (other page) do you get the pop up warning when you refresh that page? Do you get the pop up warning when you use the link menu to bring up a new page? Is there a dolphin setting (as in chrome/firefox/opera/ie) to avoid the pop up warning for locallhost? JHS depends on the latest support for html5/javascript/etc and perhaps the android bowsers aren't quite there. See the comments in jhelp about target. See if doing: TARGET_jhs_=: '_self' behaves better on that platform.
