Note that one still has to know to look in Usr to find that stdlib help. (And there's still that peculiarity that when you click Usr in the Help menu, what you see to the far right of the menu bar is "User", etc. So does it really occupy too much space to use User Primer JforC LearnJ Phrases Dictionary Release Vocabulary Foreign Help instead of Usr Pri JfC LJ Phr Dic Rel Voc !: Help in the Help menu??)
