I set up a HOME directory and had problems so I re-installed -letting
the installer do its bit and it automatically put me into
c:/users/don/j64-801 which it apparently assumed was "HOME" even
though I still had a HOME directory.
and have had no problem with the editor .

i set up the HOME directory, aka user variable, in profilex. This works fine in JHS and
in the Term for JQT but fails in the "Editor" (ctrl-M) of JQT: there i seem to
be sent to the Microsoftee default:-( So far i have not found a way to change that path...
