actually it is the output of 13!:3 every time.  o is just a temporary variable, 
and so that is why I need the "fixed locale" version.

t__o@:t__o has the same problem as s__o


the goal is to be able to store the resulting function in another locale. ~ 
seems to do the trick.

But how will you know what the numbered locale is? It won't be 1394 every
time.
