Photoshop inserts bmp images without the border and name. The border that shows the image with its name is used extensively when writing text to show examples of what you are explaining.

Capture the window with the toucan in it with your computer's version of "print screen to capture the active window" Now go to Paint or Outlook and ctrl and V to paste the bmp and this time you get the image and the full border. You may need some other software for accepting images.
