In thinking more about this problem, I would like some more explanation of David's main equation:
"The frequency of a low amplitude undriven pendulum is the square root of the acceleration divided by length. "FREQUENCY =: GRAVITY %:@:% LENGTH" To what does the term "GRAVITY"/acceleration refer?
