As luck would have it, we can't help but avoid Project Euler; it's
gone off-line sine die, with "a security issue", as posted at
http://projecteuler.net/
Their forum is still up: http://forum.projecteuler.net/
It looks as if they're taking significantly longer than one minute to
solve this one.

Still: a quick calculation suggests that J's floating point representation
is adequate for this problem (and gives a 30x speed improvement over use of
rationals). Also, a trivial approach seems plenty adequate here
