I've updated my dictionary conversion of locales here, http://www.jsoftware.com/jwiki/PascalJasmin/dictionary%20settings%20and%20mad%20science%20tree%20functions Although it is more robust than the first version I posted, I did not implement your sorting trick, and so there are still some failure cases.
