as described:

NB. the name does not seem to be in the search path

The wiki page has the sentences:
Normally you will use your IDE to launch Dissect. You will have two control
keys, one to dissect the line under the cursor, the other to dissect the
last failing line, and that's all you need.
What are the control keys?
