The Foreign Conjunction 5!: (Representation) produces a string form of a verb, 
it is on the J Help under Foreign Conjunctions.

   Result =: (^-^.)d. 1
   Result

   5!:5 <'Result'
^ - %
   $ 5!:5 <'Result'
5
