Devon, I tried BGYPAL3 viewmat +/~i.13 and the results were quite nice, too. A warning to others that the first line of BGYPAL3 suffered from line wrap for me.
I also tried plot |:BGYPAL3 to compare with the graphic of the Parula color map.
