Jd update available through JAL.
This is a significant update and users should move to it as soon as convenient.
As always, test before you make this your production version.

Jd installations now require a key to run.
This will help us track Jd use and better manage Jd development.

Non-commercial users and commercial users in evaluation require a key,
but not a license agreement.

Commercial users require a key and a license agreement that covers use and fees.

release summary:

1. epoch datetime col types
 built in conversion between
 iso 8601 format  (2014-01-02T03:04:05,123456789)
 and int (nanoseconds before/after 2000-01-01)
 make working with datetimes fast and convenient

2. file allocation for mapped col files is smarter and more efficient
 doc user|createtable

3. all files are mapped when a db is opened
 previously files were mapped as required
 but this proved to be a false economy and
 complicated code for no benefit

4. list command lists version and open databases
 previously info provided this information
 doc user|list

5. info works only on current database
 commands not for current database are moved to list

6. key required to run Jd
 install Jd with JAL
    load'data/jd'
 output asks you to send an email to request a key
 follow instructions in the reply
